Please read these terms carefully before booking your experience at The Reset Hour.
We aim to be fair and transparent while ensuring the safety and comfort of all guests.
- Bookings & Responsibility
By making a booking, you confirm that all information provided is accurate.
If you are booking on behalf of others, you are responsible for ensuring all guests are aware of these terms, safety guidance, and site rules.
- Payments
All bookings are processed securely through Square.
Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session.

Standard Reset Hour Sessions
Standard sauna and cold plunge sessions are non-refundable.If you are unable to attend, you may reschedule your booking to another available time, provided this is done at least 48 hours before your original booking time.Changes made within 48 hours cannot be accommodated and the booking will be forfeited. In exceptional circumstances, this may be reviewed at our discretion.
Retreats, including Tailor-Made Retreats
Retreat bookings are fully refundable if cancelled at least 72 hours before the retreat. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the retreat are non-refundable.
As our private retreats are individually arranged for your group, we require a minimum of 14 days’ notice for cancellation to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 14 days before your retreat may be subject to cancellation charges to cover costs and losses resulting from the cancellation.
If you need to change your date, we will always do our best to accommodate an alternative, subject to availability.
Use of the sauna, cold plunge, and all other facilities is undertaken at your own risk.
If your session or retreat includes use of the swimming pool, please be aware that there is no lifeguard on duty. Guests are responsible for their own safety and should only enter the pool if they are confident swimmers. Please take extra care around the pool area as surfaces may be wet or slippery.
Glasses & contact lenses
Please remove glasses before entering the sauna, as heat and rapid temperature changes may damage frames and lens coatings. We recommend leaving them safely in the changing area. Contact lenses may become dry or uncomfortable in the heat. If you experience any irritation, please remove them.

- Any chronic or undiagnosed health condition
- Recent injury or surgery
You are responsible for your own wellbeing during your visit.
- Site Rules
To maintain a calm and restorative environment:
- Guests must be 18+
- No alcohol, drugs, smoking, or vaping
- Please be mindful when taking photographs or videos during retreats and respect the privacy of other guests.
- Dogs are not permitted
- Guests must respect the peaceful environment at all times
We reserve the right to refuse entry if necessary to protect safety and atmosphere.
- Parking
Parking is available on Shipton Road, which is a public road.
Guests park at their own discretion. The Reset Hour accepts no responsibility for vehicles, belongings, or any loss or damage.
