Please read these terms carefully before booking your experience at The Reset Hour.
We aim to be fair and transparent while ensuring the safety and comfort of all guests.
- Bookings & Responsibility
By making a booking, you confirm that all information provided is accurate.
If you are booking on behalf of others, you are responsible for ensuring all guests are aware of these terms, safety guidance, and site rules.
- Payments
All bookings are processed securely through Square.
Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session.
- Cancellations & Rescheduling
Refunds:
We do not offer refunds for cancelled sessions.
Rescheduling:
Rescheduling If you are unable to attend your session, you are welcome to reschedule your booking to another available time, provided this is done at least 48 hours before your original booking time. To help us provide the best possible experience for all of our guests, support the smooth running of our small business, and ensure fairness to others wishing to book, we operate a strict no cancellation and no refund policy. Unfortunately, changes made within 48 hours of your session cannot be accommodated. Thank you for your understanding and support
Late Changes:
Cancellations within 48 hours of your session are not eligible for rescheduling or refund. In exceptional circumstances, this may be reviewed at our discretion.
No Shows:
If you do not attend your session and have not provided notice, your booking will be forfeited and cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
- Health & Safety
Use of the sauna, cold plunge, and all facilities is undertaken at your own risk.
We strongly recommend seeking medical advice before booking if you have any of the following conditions:
- Pregnancy
- Heart conditions or history of stroke
- High or low blood pressure
- Epilepsy
- Diabetes
- Asthma or respiratory conditions
- Any chronic or undiagnosed health condition
- Recent injury or surgery
You are responsible for your own wellbeing during your visit.
- Site Rules
To maintain a calm and restorative environment:
- Guests must be 18+
- No alcohol, drugs, smoking, or vaping
- No mobile phones, cameras, or recording devices in the sauna area
- Dogs are not permitted
- Guests must respect the peaceful environment at all times
We reserve the right to refuse entry if necessary to protect safety and atmosphere.
- Parking
Parking is available on Shipton Road, which is a public road.
Guests park at their own discretion. The Reset Hour accepts no responsibility for vehicles, belongings, or any loss or damage.
