FAQ
How do I get there?
Corner Cottage 47 Shipton Road Ascott-under-Wychwood OX7 6AG
If you’re arriving from the Chipping Norton or Charlbury direction, follow the main road through the village (Shipton Road). Pass The Swan pub and continue past Tiddy Hall — you’ll find Corner Cottage at the end, right on the corner.
If you’re coming from the opposite end of the village, we’re on the bend just before Tiddy Hall.
Please park on the road, being mindful of the bend and neighbouring houses.
If you have any trouble finding us on the day, just message and I’ll guide you in.
Sauna guidance?
Your wellbeing is at the heart of The Reset Hour. While every effort has been made to create a safe and supportive environment, use of the sauna and all facilities is undertaken at your own risk.
The sauna is a high-temperature environment designed to be used mindfully.
- Recommended sauna use: 5–15 minutes per round (maximum 20 minutes)
- Exit immediately if you feel dizzy, lightheaded, overheated, or unwell
- Allow time to cool down between rounds
For your safety:
- Do not touch the stove, stones, or heat guards
- Do not pour water or any liquids onto the stones
- Remove all jewellery before entering
- Do not apply oils, lotions, or products inside the sauna
How should I use the cold plunge?
Cold immersion should be approached gradually and mindfully:
- Recommended duration: 1–3 minutes (maximum 5 minutes)
- Allow your body to cool before entering
- Exit immediately if you feel unwell
Each body responds differently — always listen to your limits.
